These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Zenofex LLC ("Zenofex," "we," "us," or "our") for Three, including our website, progressive web app, mobile app, APIs, and related services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement to use Three. By using Three, you confirm that you meet those requirements and that you are not prohibited from using the service under applicable law.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile, the security of your login credentials, and all activity under your account. Do not create an account for someone else, impersonate another person, or provide false or misleading information.
3. Dating Safety
Three helps people discover and communicate with potential matches, but we do not guarantee compatibility, identity, intentions, availability, background, or conduct of any user. Use your own judgment, protect your personal information, meet in public places when appropriate, and report unsafe or suspicious behavior.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Three to:
- harass, threaten, abuse, exploit, stalk, or harm another person;
- post sexual content involving minors or attempt to contact minors;
- upload unlawful, deceptive, hateful, violent, or non-consensual intimate content;
- spam, scam, solicit money, advertise unrelated services, or run automated accounts;
- scrape, reverse engineer, overload, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the service;
- evade bans, moderation actions, safety limits, or account restrictions.
5. User Content
You own the photos, prompts, messages, and other content you provide. You grant Zenofex a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt, and process that content as needed to operate, improve, secure, and moderate Three. You represent that you have the rights needed to provide your content and that it does not violate another person's rights.
6. Moderation and Enforcement
We may review, remove, restrict, or preserve content and accounts when we believe it is necessary to operate the service, enforce these terms, protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law, or reduce risk. We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.
7. Purchases and Paid Features
Three may offer paid features in the future. If paid features are introduced, the price, renewal terms, cancellation process, and refund rules will be disclosed at purchase. App store purchases may also be governed by the app store's separate terms.
8. Third-Party Services
Three may use third-party providers for hosting, storage, analytics, messaging, payments, maps, security, moderation, or support. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.
9. Intellectual Property
Three, including its software, interface, branding, graphics, and service design, is owned by Zenofex or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the service except as permitted by these terms.
10. Disclaimers
Three is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zenofex disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any match or conversation will result in a relationship.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zenofex LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, personal injury, emotional distress, or user conduct arising from or related to Three.
12. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Zenofex harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of Three, your content, your violation of these terms, or your violation of another person's rights.
13. Termination
You may stop using Three at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you violated these terms, created risk for other users, or used the service in a way that could harm Zenofex or the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as posting the updated terms in the service. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
15. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where Zenofex LLC is organized or principally operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
