Effective date: June 12, 2026
Zenofex LLC ("Zenofex," "we," "us," or "our") operates Three, a dating service. Dating services involve personal information, including photos, preferences, location context, and private messages. This policy explains our practices for the Three website, progressive web app, mobile app, APIs, and related services.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect the following information when you use Three:
- account information, such as name, age, email address, phone number, login codes, and account status;
- profile information, such as pronouns, general location, interests, date styles, availability, prompts, and photos;
- matching and activity data, such as intro credits, likes, passes, matches, reports, blocks, and queue state;
- communications, such as messages, opener drafts, support requests, and moderation reports;
- device and log data, such as IP address, browser, app version, device identifiers, crash logs, and security events;
- approximate or permission-based location data if you choose to use location-based features;
- payment data if paid features are introduced, usually processed by a payment provider or app store.
2. Sensitive Information
Some information in a dating profile can be sensitive, including dating preferences, photos, messages, and location context. Do not add information to your profile or messages that you do not want processed by Three or seen by the people you choose to interact with.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- create accounts, authenticate users, and maintain profiles;
- recommend compatible people and manage daily intro limits;
- deliver messages, intros, notifications, and support responses;
- moderate content, review reports, block abusive behavior, and improve safety;
- debug, secure, measure, and improve the service;
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
4. How We Share Information
We may share information:
- with other users, according to your profile visibility, matching, messaging, and safety settings;
- with service providers that help us host, store, send, analyze, secure, moderate, or support the service;
- with payment processors or app stores if paid features are introduced;
- with law enforcement, regulators, courts, or other parties when required by law or needed to protect safety;
- as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets.
We do not sell personal information for money. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising unless we first provide any legally required notice and choice.
5. Location and Visibility
Three is designed to use general location context, such as neighborhoods or fuzzy zones, instead of exposing precise location to other users. If precise location features are added or enabled, they will be used to power the service and will not be shown to other users as exact coordinates.
6. Photos and Media
Profile photos and other uploaded media may be stored with cloud storage providers and reviewed by automated or human moderation systems. Do not upload photos you do not have permission to use.
7. Cookies, Analytics, and Similar Technologies
We use cookies, local storage, device identifiers, logs, and analytics tools to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure performance, prevent abuse, and understand how the service is used.
Google Analytics 4. On our public marketing and legal pages, we use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) provided by Google LLC to measure how visitors discover and move through the site. GA4 collects information such as the pages you visit, the page that referred you, your approximate location, your browser and device type, and a randomly-generated GA client identifier stored in a cookie. We have enabled IP anonymization, so GA receives a shortened (anonymized) form of your IP address rather than the full address.
We do not load GA4 on signed-in surfaces of the service, such as your inbox, chat, profile, settings, or admin pages, so URL segments that contain conversation, intro, or user identifiers are never sent to GA4. We do not pass your Three account identifiers, email address, or message content to GA4, and we do not use GA4 to build behavioral advertising profiles.
You can opt out of GA4 globally by installing Google's official Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, by using a browser or extension that blocks analytics scripts, or by enabling tracking protection in your browser. Google's handling of analytics data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
8. Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide Three, comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, maintain safety records, and prevent abuse. Some deleted content may remain for a limited time in backups, logs, moderation records, or legal holds.
9. Your Choices and Rights
You may update parts of your profile in the service. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or appeal of certain privacy decisions. To make a request, contact us at [email protected].
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No online service can guarantee perfect security, so you should use strong account practices and be careful about what you share.
11. Children
Three is only for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has used Three, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
12. International Users
Three is operated from the United States. If you use the service from another country, your information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as posting the updated policy in the service. The effective date above shows when this policy was last updated.
